Sensational Stretch
Mon Sept 29th - MDU Cricket Club Meeniyan 5.30pm
Are you craving a deep, soothing stretch? When we create space in the body, the mind naturally follows suit.
Join us for this 1.5-hour session designed to gently open the body and calm the mind. We’ll explore stretches using straps, blocks, and predominantly restorative postures, allowing you to remain in a relaxed alpha state (a state of calm awareness).
Expect a juicy, passive, and deeply restorative experience, finishing with a cozy yoga nidra relaxation. Don’t forget to bring your blanket!
Leave feeling lighter, more open, and with the mental clarity you need to continue your journey for 2025.

We’ll set out from Darby Saddle car park at 8am, making our way to Tongue Point and Fairy Cove. Along the trail, expect sweeping views of rugged coastline, mountain backdrops, and the glittering sea. At Fairy Cove we’ll pause to soak it all in — you may like to swim, stretch with me, or simply enjoy your BYO picnic in great company.

🕐 Return: Approx. 1pm
🚶 Distance: ~10km return
