Yin Yoga & Sound Healing: An Autumn Healing event

Take a moment for yourself—breathe, slow down, and reconnect.

Join us for a 2-hour immersive experience designed to guide you into deep rest and renewal. Through gentle, supported movement, we’ll access the deeper layers of the body, releasing tension and creating space for healing. As the body unwinds, the mind softens—allowing you to observe your thoughts with presence and ease.

All while being bathed in the healing vibrations of sound—a symphony of instruments designed to calm the nervous system, restore balance, and invite profound relaxation.

To complete this sacred time for yourself, we’ll gather over a warm cup of tea, grounding and integrating the experience together.

Rail Trail Nyora to Loch

Join us for a beautiful morning of movement, mindfulness, and a little indulgence!

📍 Meet: 8:45am at the Nyora Rail Trail Railway Precinct (near the V/Line bus stop)
🚶‍♀️ Walk: We’ll kick off with a scenic 5.5km walk along the rail trail to Loch.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga: On arrival, we’ll pause to stretch and refresh with some standing yoga – no mat needed, just you and the fresh air!

🥞 Brunch: At 11am, we’re booked in at Loch Village Foodstore & Café for a delicious brunch (at your own expense).

🍸 Optional Gin Tasting: After brunch, wander over to Loch Brewery & Distillery for a tasting session if you’d like.

🛍 Explore Loch: Take your time to browse the charming local shops and soak in the village vibes.

🔁 Getting Back:

  • Walk back to Nyora: Departing Loch at 1:30pm

  • V/Line Option: Catch the bus back to Nyora or onwards at 2:15pm

🎟 Cost: $37 per person (covers the walk & yoga experience).
Brunch, drinks, and other purchases are at your own expense.

A 90 minute experience of gentle yoga, pranayama and deep relaxation to soothe your nervous system and leave you feeling grounded, restored and nourished.

Followed by an evening of wood-fired pizza, Italian fare, and good company under the stars at Trulli Outdoors.

Let’s embrace the beauty of winter – moving mindfully, sharing stories, and enjoying the best of local produce and community.

Our yoga session will conclude at 4.45 then our dinner reservation is from 5pm so you wont be out too late!
