Hello Yoga

If you’ve been meaning to try yoga — or return to it after some time away — this class is for you. Hello Yoga is a gentle, supportive space to explore movement, breath, and mindfulness without pressure or pretzel poses. We’ll move slowly, with options for every body, and take time to settle both mind and body.

Whether you're feeling unsure, curious, or just want to start with the basics, this is your invitation to unroll your mat and say hello.

No experience, flexibility, or special gear required — just come as you are.

Nurture & Nourish - Sun Jul 27th

Sunday morning yoga + community brunch

Ease into your Sunday with a soulful morning designed to energise, stretch, and connect. We'll begin with a 9am yoga session at MDU Cricket Club — flowing through a gently building sequence to awaken the body, followed by juicy stretches and deep relaxation to soothe the nervous system.

After practice, we’ll head to Mahob at Moos for a delicious brunch, sharing cuppas and conversation in good company.

A Mini Retreat of Yoga, Dance, Fascial Release, and Rest......Sun Aug 10th

Join Jacki and Mel for a nourishing 3-hour retreat designed to reconnect you with your body, your breath, and your inner glow. Through movement, stillness, and soulful practices, we journey together to rest, release, and restore.

Retreat Schedule:

2:00 PM — Arrival & Opening Yoga Flow
Welcome to our shared space. We begin with a gentle yoga sequence designed to warm the body, energise your system, and lift your spirits as we arrive fully into the present moment.

2:45 PM — Fascial Maneuvers Workshop
Learn powerful fascial self-care techniques to support emotional release and physical healing. This session blends education with embodied practice to deepen your connection to self.

3:30 PM — Tea Break & Guided Discussion
Enjoy nourishing tea and light refreshments as we gather in community. Guided reflections invite thoughtful sharing, integration, and deeper connection with others on the same path.

🕒 4:00 PM — Embodied Dance Journey
Let your body speak through movement. This guided dance session invites expression, release, and joy—no experience needed, just your presence and willingness to move.

🕑 4:30 PM — Yoga Nidra: Deep Rest & Integration
We close with a deeply restorative yoga nidra session, allowing your body, mind, and spirit to fully integrate the day’s experience. Expect stillness, softness, and inner renewal.
