Online: recorded weekly videos and workplace arrangements.
Pop up’s: in the great outdoors.

Pricing
Casual classes: $25 per session.
Term bookings: $20 per week (pre-paid, with adjustments for venues that skip certain dates). Term bookings are available up to one month into the term, with prices adjusted accordingly.
A weekly practice video is included with term bookings!

Classes are held on Mondays at MDU Cricket Club - 15 Hanily st Meeniyan.
Term 3 - Jul 21st - Sept 15th (9 weeks)
3 classes available : 10am, 5pm and 6.15pm
Leongatha
Classes are held on Tuesdays at Leongatha Health Hub - 57 McCartin st Leongatha.

Foster
Classes are held on Thursdays at the Community Health Centre, Station rd Foster.

Sensational Stretch
Fri Aug 22nd - MDU Cricket Club Meeniyan 5.30pm
Are you craving a deep, soothing stretch? When we create space in the body, the mind naturally follows suit.
Join us for this 1.5-hour session designed to gently open the body and calm the mind. We’ll explore stretches using straps, blocks, and predominantly restorative postures, allowing you to remain in a relaxed alpha state (a state of calm awareness).
Expect a juicy, passive, and deeply restorative experience, finishing with a cozy yoga nidra relaxation. Don’t forget to bring your blanket!

Include some yoga in your weekend away, I come to your space and provide a class tailored to your group needs, Choose from the following options:
1 hour $200 - Yoga class and relaxation
1.5 hours $250 - Yoga class with a longer guided relaxation
2 hours $300 - Yoga class, longer guided relax, and head massage

POP UP CLASSES IN THE PARK
During the warmer months there is nothing better than stretching under the sun. When we are among nature we feel connected and inspired. Express your interest in pop up sessions by the link below, we will add you to the pop up list and send you a text with class information.
Generally held in the park at Meeniyan Rec reserve, no set times, just when time and weather allows. Stay tuned!
YOGA in SCHOOLS
There are so many benefits for children who practice yoga. It helps the little ones remain calm and connected. It helps teenagers focus on exams, raise their self esteem, and manage those big emotions.
Gym class
YOGA - Thursdays at 10.15 General level, suitable for beginners and practicing yogis. The style combines Vinyasa flow, and Hatha, which includes the classic Gita sequence and their variations to balance the glands and energy centres. Pranayama and relaxation help you quiet your mind and find your still point.
