Wintering Well
A Winter Nourish Retreat
Space to exhale, fill your cup, and come back to yourself—just when you need it most
Prom Coast Lodge - Waratah Bay Nth
Fri Aug 7th - Sun Aug 9th
A weekend to soften with the season.
To warm your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect — with yourself, nature, and like-hearted people.
Join us at Prom Coast Holiday Lodge for a nourishing winter escape designed to restore your energy, settle your nervous system, and bring you back to what matters most.
The Invitation
This is your space to slow down.
To step away from the noise and into something simpler —
warm fires, nourishing food, meaningful conversation, and time to simply be.
A chance to rest deeply, breathe fully, and reconnect with yourself in the quiet beauty of winter.
Come on your own or with a friend.
You’ll be welcomed into a small, supportive circle — your soul tribe for the weekend.
What You’ll Experience
Gentle yoga to unwind and restore — a nourishing blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, and restorative practices, guided by the rhythm of the day and the energy of the group.
A deeply immersive sound journey, with live music though the yoga and relaxation experience to create something grounding, expansive, and a little bit magical.
Bush and beach walks, with the option for a brave winter ocean dip.
Guided conversations and quiet moments of reflection.
Plenty of space to rest, read, journal, wander, or simply do nothing at all.
Evenings that are slow and cosy — nourishing meals, mulled wine, warm fires, and meaningful connection around the table.
Nourishment
All meals are thoughtfully prepared to warm, nourish, and sustain you throughout the weekend — with plenty of snacks, warm drinks, and little comforts along the way.
For a few days, the mental load of planning, cooking, and providing is gently lifted.
Instead, you’re invited to settle in and enjoy Kaye’s creativity in the kitchen — fresh, abundant meals made with care.
Dietary requirements can absolutely be catered for. We’ll connect with each guest beforehand to ensure everyone feels comfortable, considered, and well nourished.

FAQ’s
What if I’m not a yogi?
No worries at all. All practices are fully guided, with modifications and options offered throughout. You’re welcome to move at your own pace, and there’s no expectation to attend every session.
What time does it start and end?
Arrival is from 3pm Friday August 7th, giving you time to settle in, unpack, and get acquainted before our opening yoga session at 4:30pm.
We’ll wrap up the retreat around 10am Sunday, then close the weekend with an optional shared brunch in Fish Creek (pay your own way).
What is sound healing?
Nicky and Pete’s live music is inspired by their travels and connection to nature. Sound carries vibration, which can resonate with the body and nervous system to support deep relaxation and restoration.
You’ll experience their live soundscape woven through restorative yoga and relaxation on Saturday afternoon.
(This session may also be available for individual bookings depending on retreat numbers.)
What’s the room configuration?
In the shared lodge at Prom Coast Holiday Lodge, there are three bedrooms accommodating 3–6 guests per room.
First bookings will be allocated double beds, followed by lower bunks. Top bunks will likely not be used.
Outdoor activities?
Weather dependent, we’ll enjoy a guided walk on Saturday from Shallow Inlet to Sandy Point — weaving bush tracks, coastal views, and a beach walk to finish.
The full walk is approximately 5km and will involve some car shuffling. A shorter option is also available.
For the brave, there’s the option of a winter ocean swim.
Do I have to do everything?
Absolutely not. This is your retreat.
You’re invited to join in what feels right, and step back whenever you need — rest, read, nap, wander, or simply be. The weekend is designed with a balance of guided experiences and spacious free time.
What are guided conversations?
In the evenings, we may gather around the fire in small groups for optional guided reflection.
These gentle prompts and shared conversations can open up meaningful insight. Often, simply speaking and listening within a like-minded group brings clarity, connection, and unexpected support for whatever chapter you’re moving through.
