Yoga style
I began my yoga training back in 2015, completing a Gita Gold Diploma in Hatha Yoga. A little later, in 2023, I added Vinyasa Flow to my teaching toolbox, which brought a new energy and rhythm to my practice and classes.
Hatha Yoga is all about holding postures, allowing time to settle into each shape and receive its benefits for both body systems and energy centres. Vinyasa Yoga, on the other hand, links postures together in a flowing sequence that boosts circulation, mobility, and vitality. I love weaving these two styles together—it brings balance, variety, and accessibility to every class.
Each session also includes pranayama (breathwork), and we always finish with relaxation so you can leave feeling calm, centered, and restored.
And if you’re new to yoga? Don’t worry—everything is guided step by step, with adaptations offered along the way. That way, you can find the version that feels right for you, whether you’re seeking gentleness or challenge.
