Three Bays Soul Stroll – Wilsons Prom - Saturday March 7th

Meet 9:00am

Where:
Meet at Tidal River Campground (visitors centre)
From there we’ll take minimal cars for a short 10-minute drive to Whiskey Bay carpark to begin the walk.

The walk:
This stunning one-way hike spans approximately 7km, weaving together dramatic coastal views and peaceful shrubland tracks. Expect wallabies, birdlife, photo stops, rest pauses and plenty of easy conversation with like-minded folk along the way.

On arrival back at Tidal River:
We’ll find a quiet spot to stretch, reflect and unwind, followed by a relaxed bring-your-own picnic.
If the weather’s kind, stay for a swim.

Optional extra:
On the drive home we’ll collect the cars left at Whiskey Bay, with an optional cheeky wine stop at Waratah Hills Vineyard 🍷

Difficulty:
Moderate — suitable for regular walkers.

What to bring:
• Comfortable walking shoes
• Sun protection & layers for changing weather
• Water & picnic food
Yoga mat (leave it in a car at Tidal River)
